Rear side extension and full house refurbishment

With the help of the architects, the ground floor of the house was fully redesigned. A new kitchen was created in the middle of the ground floor of the house and a side rear extension of 12sq m gave a space for a new dining/sitting area. A new kitchen was fitted and herringbone parquet flooring was installed throughout the ground floor with entrance being finished in mosaic tiles. In addition, a full bathroom refurbishment was completed with a new skylight window being fitted for more natural light and full house redecoration followed throughout. Garden works included rendering of the existing brick walls, building raised plant beds and tiling.
