Rear extension with full ground floor refurbishment

The aim of this project was to enlarge the kitchen and create a new dining area. A full width rear extension was built that gave the client an extra 15sq m of living space. New pitched roof was built to match the existing roof of the house. The entire ground floor was refurnished to include installation of the new kitchen, flooring and decoration.
