Calabria Road, North London

After completing a simple refurbishment in their home in E1W, this client has asked us to assist with their new home renovation in North London. Works have included a construction of a rear extension and full refurbishment. A new kitchen was fitted a newly build rear extension along with a study area that was completed with a bespoke fitted wall shelving unit. A bespoke oak door was installed at the rear of the extension for an easy access to the rear garden. The heating system was upgraded to a new wet underfloor heating system. A new bathroom was created out of one of the small bedrooms and the other one simply refurbished. This beautiful home transformation was completed by installing a new parquet flooring and redecoration of all the rooms.

The exterior of the house was also renovated. The old paintwork was removed from the brickwork and repainting was completed throughout the property. Redecoration was undertaken all around the windows.
