Rear extension, mansard loft conversion and full house refurbishment

A rear extension was built to house a new kitchen and a dining room. The interior and exterior floors were levelled to create a feeling of continuous space between the inside and outside. In addition, a large glass panel was fitted to the flat roof of the new extension to ensure a natural flow of light. A mansard loft conversion gave an additional bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Wooden floors were fitted throughout. Custom made shelving units and fitted wardrobes were built to create an additional storage space. The heating system was upgraded to cater the additional space. All bathrooms were refurbished following the decorating works throughout. All exterior walls were decorated along with new fence railing being installed.
